Cancellation Policy
Renu has a 24 hour cancellation policy. 50% of service fee will be charged to the credit card on file for missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Service packages and pre-paid treatments are not subject to refunds. If a client is not satisfied with an un-rendered, pre-paid service, the remaining balance can be used toward other services at Renu.

Privacy Policy
Renu takes privacy seriously. We ensure that the staff at Renu will not discuss client treatments with any other clients.

Tipping and Gratuity
Renu is a non-tipping facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make the perfect gift for any special occasion. Available for any service or for any dollar amount.

Referral Program
For each new client referred, you will receive a coupon good for 20% ($20 max.) off your next service. If you refer 3 new clients to us your next service is free of charge. ($150 max.)

Fee Structure
Because our treatments are highly customized, prices will be quoted at the time of consultation. Discounts may be applied when treating multiple areas or when more than 1 technology is applied.
